Day Spas

Body Work

Our guide to the best ways to pamper yourself.

Lately, Rhode Island seems to be bursting at the seams with spas. Some are the highest of high-end, with relaxation areas, fluffy robes and slippers. Others extend basic accoutrements but offer a great massage once you’re on the table. Here, we visited thirty of them to bring you the tools and trends to help you make the most of your spa experience, whether you’re budget-minded, unsure of etiquette or in desperate need of a manly manicure. We did the (very difficult) research; you just have to decide where to book first.
